Relationship Counselling

In these sessions, neurodivergence is approached as a culture, focusing on how differences between neurotypes can often lead to common miscommunications. Together we might work on concerns such as rejection sensitivity, reoccurring conflict, and desires for greater connection. I work with a variety of relationship structures including non-monogamous, monogamous, polyamorous, aromantic & asexual spectrum, to friendships, or family dynamics. 75-minute sessions are highly recommended.

Individual Counselling

Individual sessions provide a space to explore your unique experiences without judgment, aiming to bring more harmony, clarity, and flow into your life. Many clients find it helpful to start with weekly sessions, then gradually shift to a schedule that feels right for ongoing support.

Academic Strategist COACHING

Strategist sessions are designed for (adult) university students. They focus on improving executive functioning, building support systems, and developing skills of self-advocacy and emotional regulation. Many clients with student aid funding find it beneficial to schedule consecutive weekly sessions within their school term.

Concerns

I offer individual and relationship counselling for people, many of whom are newly identifying as neurodivergent and seeking a deeper understanding of themselves.

While being neurodivergent can be challenging, one of the biggest barriers is the lack of clear, accessible information that empowers neurodivergent individuals to live in ways that support their unique needs. Without this guidance, it can be difficult for people to connect the dots and create a life that aligns with their needs and desires.

In short, life can feel overwhelming without the right strategies and support in place. I believe everyone deserves the chance to understand themselves through a fuller, more compassionate lens.
